Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

I never thought I would say this but I love brussels sprouts!
A few months ago I came across this recipe and boy am I glad I tried it! I could eat them everyday.

Remove sprouts from stalk if needed. Wash before slicing each in half. Some may fall apart, thats okay, the leaves will crisp in the oven.


1 Tp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tp Balsamic Vinegar
Sprinkle generously with Salt and Pepper.

Toss all ingredients in bowl and lay flat on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until they become crispy and golden brown.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
