Inspiration

Time is flying by. We've been doing a pretty good job of enjoying this beautiful island lately. In between work and play we've discussed all of our options in life (travel, our move, careers, etc. ).  Ive come to the conclusion that sometimes having ALOT of options can make picking one even harder.

 We have been reading through the book What Color is your Parachute? by Richard N. Bolles,  it was recommended by a good friend of ours who said, "I only recommend good books!" Hahah!

Came across this quote on page 126. It was a good reminder of all we have to be thankful for.

"What is success?
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty;
To find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better, whether by
a healthy child, a garden patch
or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed
easier because you have lived;
This is to have succeeded."

- Bessie Anderson Stanley, 1904
attributed to Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803-1882)

I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
